The devastating accident that took the lives of Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta has left their families and communities in deep mourning and anger. Aneesh, a 24-year-old IT engineer from Bhopal, and Ashwini, also an IT engineer, were returning from a get-together when a speeding Porsche driven by a 17-year-old drunk driver struck their bike. The collision occurred around 2.15 am, killing both instantly.

The young driver, whose father is a well-known realtor in Pune, was granted bail just 15 hours after the crash. His bail conditions include writing a 300-word essay on accidents, working with the traffic police for 15 days, and undergoing counseling for his drinking issues. This swift bail decision has outraged the victims' families, who are demanding harsher punishment and the revocation of his bail. They believe the severity of the crime calls for a more serious response to ensure justice for Aneesh and Ashwini.

Pune police are not in agreement with the court's decision and are planning to appeal to try the teen as an adult. Additionally, the teen's father has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The families of Aneesh and Ashwini are heartbroken. In Birsinghpur, Aneesh’s family is grieving deeply, while in Jabalpur, Ashwini’s family is equally devastated. Both families are vocal about their demand for justice. Aneesh's grandfather and uncle argue that the crash was not just an accident but a deliberate act, calling for stringent punishment. Ashwini’s relatives share this sentiment, expressing their shock and anger over the quick bail and vowing to fight for justice.

This tragedy has left a significant emotional impact, highlighting the urgent need for accountability and tougher legal consequences for reckless driving, particularly involving minors and alcohol. The calls for justice from the families reflect a broader societal demand for stricter laws to prevent such senseless acts and protect innocent lives.
