Tehran - A helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi made an emergency landing on Sunday following an accident. This incident was reported by Iran's state television.
Alongside President Raisi, the country's finance minister was also on board. The helicopter was forced to make a hard landing in the East Azerbaijan region. Rescue teams have been dispatched to the scene.
According to the Tehran Times, the presidential convoy consisted of three helicopters. While two helicopters reached their destination safely, one encountered an accident and required an emergency landing.
